Returns & Exchanges
Faulty goods will be exchanged or fully refunded; return the item to us and we will refund the postage.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in.
The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
We do not accept returns on GSL Medicine items due to conditions and procedures of our licence.
